📝 Submit a ticket
If you are having technical issues, such as "my pod does not restart anymore", and need help from the RCS team, submit a ticket in the ICTS Self-Service Portal.
🧹 Delete your data
You can request us to delete the data related to you in the DSRI user database, and in the DSRI cluster. Contact rcs-ub@maastrichtuniversity.nl to request the deletion of your data.
📬 Contact us
For any technical questions, please contact us through the ticketing system. Click here to submit a ticket. For non-technical questions you can contact us at rcs-ub@maastrichtuniversity.nl. The Research Computing Support team is located at the UM inner city Library location: Grote Looiersstraat 17 (GL17). We will reply during office hours (Mon-Fri: 08.30-17.30), except on public holidays.
