๐ Submit a ticketโ
If you are having technical issues, such as "my pod does not restart anymore", and need help from the RCS team, submit a ticket in the ICTS Self-Service Portal.
๐งน Delete your dataโ
You can request us to delete the data related to you in the DSRI user database, and in the DSRI cluster. Contact rcs-ub@maastrichtuniversity.nl to request the deletion of your data.

The Research Computing Support team is located at the UM inner city Library location: Grote Looiersstraat 17 (GL17).
